Q: Can I resume the sequence with the standard message?

A: Yes. If you wish to continue with your original sequence flow, you can manually select the corresponding step in the message panel. This will load the standard content defined for that stage of your campaign.

Q: Why are some steps (like Step 1 or Step 2) not selectable?

A: The system automatically tracks which messages have already been delivered to the prospect.

  • If a step is grayed out or unselectable, it means that specific message (e.g., Connection Request or Follow-up 1) has already been sent.
  • This is a safety feature to prevent sending duplicate content. To resume, simply select the next available step in your timeline (e.g., Follow-up 2) to continue the flow.
